How MeraJob helped a Life Insurance Company hire
MeraJob’s innovative pre-screening solution has helped countless companies hire effectively. With its disruptive pre-screening model, employers are able to hire candidates for entry-level jobs at 1/2 the cost and in 1/2 the time.
Examining an instance of hiring in particular, MeraJob helped a leading life insurance company in India hire Wealth Planning Officers for 200 openings across multiple locations in India. Compared with the charges of 1,000 INR per interview that recruitment consultancies typically charge, MeraJob was able to source candidates that best matched the company’s requirements at only 350 INR per profile.
Based on the job description, requirements and eligibility criteria provided by the company, we were able to process and shortlist relevant SmartProfiles™ (MeraJob’s proprietary product). The interview process was a highly cost-effective and time-saving one. 411 interview walk-ins resulted in 102 selections (of best matched candidates) for 200 openings.
The strong database of BFSI candidates enabled a quick turnaround time. MeraJob’s expertise in managing funnels for bulk hiring considerably reduced the time and effort on the part of the recruiters/employers. Additionally, we also ensured that the shortlisted profiles of candidates were highly relevant, accurate and verified.
Essentially, MeraJob’s pre-screening solution enables employers to address the biggest problems that they face in the mass hiring segment. With an array of branded hiring solutions, employers can choose the model that works best for them.
