Job Description

Working closely with Management Team or Business Head of that Location. Responsible for managing Client Relationship, Retention and Business Expansion of Corporate Car Rental for specific Region


  • Responsible for managing and proactively developing the ongoing, overall client relationship with existing Corporate client
  • Responsible for client billing set-up and meets contractual obligations.
  • Responsible for all client communication, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
  • Responsible for sales channel management and enhancing business opportunities from existing and new clients
  • Maintains sales volume and strategy by keeping in view current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • To handle client escalation and emergency assisting
  • Doing analysis of the need of the customer and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight
  • Converting existing clients to Credit Card Payment Platform or reduction of credit period
  • Analyzing the business trend and profitability
  • Providing leads to Sales Team
  • Competition Analysis - Understanding the existing ones & checking on the upcoming ones (Local + National players). Analyzing strengths, weakness and customers.

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum 4 yrs of experience in B2B sales experience
  • Candidates from Car Rentals/Travel Industry/Taxi Aggregators would be preferred
  • Minimum Graduate in any Discipline
