Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Achievement of Sales & Eco Target
  • New Product Launches
  • Channel Management
  • Training and Coaching of DBSR's
  • Timely submission of DB claims and reports
  • Promotional Activities
  • Market/ Sales Analysis
  • Visibility Execution

Span of Control:

ATSI will be directly responsible for handling distributors and their employees i.e. DBSR's working for our business and will be directly reporting to the TSI allocated for the region

Selection Criteria

  • Post-Graduation in MBA is mandatory
  • Min 1 - 3 years of experience in FMCG
  • Age not more than 27 Years
  • Fluent in English/ Hindi and or other regional languages
  • Candidates must be willing to work in up country locations.
