Job Description

  • Attending to telephone calls, explain the conference facilities in the hotel, forwarding quotes, discussing with the clients about the requirement and blocking the hall, discussion with the guests jointly with Chef and decide on the menu and rate, preparation and execution of contract, sending function prospectus, liaising with Service Associates and ensuring that the function goes well and payment collected in full (advance and final payment);  Upselling; enquire with the guest about requirement of rooms and future business.

  • The candidate should have good communication skills and food knowledge.
