Job Description

  • Development of new and existing client relationships.
  • Execute account specific strategy mapping for new clients.
  • Ownership of client white space strategy maps.
  • Works with client on strategy mapping/long-term strategic planning of Optimum solutions.
  • Coordinate solution bundles and sales activities and associated strategies for the territory.
  • Expand up to executive C-suite, leverage internal executive team.
  • Provides pre-sales support to prospective clients as well as existing clients.
  • Consults with clients on hardware and infrastructure procurement, manages and interprets customer technical/environment requirements, provides clients with recommendations for product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Presentation delivery and Product demonstration of Optum Insight' products, consulting services to designated clients in hospital acute care units.
  • Provide leadership to clients in the implementation or improvement of existing systems, workflow and provide global view of integration of various elements.
  • Reviews RFP terms, to meet both client and company needs.
  • Assisting in after-sales support services.

Selection Criteria

  • Need Excellent Communication skill.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in ITES/BPO sector; Healthcare experience in with revenue cycle or HIT expose will be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to Perform Solution definition and delivery in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and expertise of the company's product and service portfolio to ensure that the customer's needs are addressed.
  • Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of a particular industry segment(s) and/or customer(s) business situation, structure, practices and challenges in order to manage precise pre-sale activities.
  • Experience building strong rapport with prospects to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
