TATA TISCON:

About the position & product: 

  • People working for TATA Pravesh would be selling Steel made Doors (Residential & Commercial both), Windows and Ventilators to Builders, Contractors, Architects and Housing Project Developers.
  • People working for TATA TISCON would be selling Rebar to Builders, Contractors, Architects and Housing Project Developers.

Salary and Payroll:
The selected candidate will be on the payroll of the TATA Steel distributor.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle a team of 5-10 sales executives.
  • Focus on capability building of each sales executives (SE) to enable them in confidently approaching sales targets on monthly basis.
  • Conversion of potential leads into order directly or along with SE in field
  • Prepare PJP Plans, marketing plans for each SE
  • Coordinate with Tata Steel officers for order bookings, supplies, accounting & service processes
  • Development of robust & motivated dealer channel all across the assigned region.
  • Expansion of Sales & Service teams, dealer network as per business growth requirements
  • Single point & complete ownership of sales targets & other KPIs as defined by Tata Steel
  • To manage relationship with Mason/ Contractor / Architect/ Engineer

 

Job Location: Western UP / Delhi & Haryana

Selection Criteria

  • Must have min 3 yrs experience of channel / dealer sales management in Construction / Cement / Rebar industry
  • Experience in handling and motivating team
