Job Description

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
  • Handling the customers and ensuring healthy relationship with them
  • Ensuring highlighted issues are resolved
  • Willingness to work with rotational and split work offs

 

        Additional Information

  • Day shifts/No Cabs/Roster off/6 days working

Selection Criteria

  •   Graduates/Undergraduate. ( Candidates pursuing graduation are not eligible )
  •   Candidates having experience of Voice Profile will be preferred
  •   Excellent Communication  (English and Hindi)
