Has an understanding of the sales work environment

•           Attitude to work with stretched targets

•           Contact prospects by outbound/ answer the customers via Inbound

•           Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

•           Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product

•           Describe products and services

•           Respond to questions

•           Identify and overcome objections

•           Manage and resolve customer complaints

•           Take the customer through the sales process

•           follow up customer calls where necessary

•           maintain customer/potential customer data bases

•           Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

•           Employees must be willing to work at the times required by call center managers, and some    positions include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

•           Accomplishes sales and organization related results mission by completing as needed.

Selection Criteria

Qualification & Experience

·         0.6 -4 years of relevant experience

•       High school diploma or equivalent


Competencies and Skills

•     Proficient in relevant computer applications

•     Good communication skills

•     Has a relevant sales experience

•     Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

•     Knowledge of call center telephony and technology

•     Some experience in a call center or customer service environment

•     Good data entry and typing skills
