Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Calls : Respond to leads generated through online channels and telemarketing and finalising the deals.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with Call Centre, Franchise & Corporate as well as Operations and Sales head
  • Training: Train Call Centre team, Franchisee, Agents on processes
  • Induction: To do 1-2-1 sessions post that give Induction to Franchisee & Agents
  • Execution of the events - To execute all customer interactions at various touchpoints, well documented in advance and approved specially for: orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees of the company, franchisee and agent
