Profile: Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients or their attendants calling in from various cities in South India like Bangalore, Hyderabad etc. He/she will then have to reply to those queries in a set format, book Doctor appointments on a portal, comfort the patient in case of emergency, transfer the call to other departments if required etc.
Note: The work profile is something similar to a front desk of a hospital.
1. Good Communication in English
2. Should Know Excel (Basic)
3. Educational Qualification: Graduate (Under Graduates with excellent comm skills will also be considered.)
4. Basic know how of using computers
5. Experience of 0-2 years in a BPO (preferred)
