Job Description

  • Employee shall be responsible for taking incoming calls & E-mails received to close customer service request or grievance
  • Resolve & closeloop with all internal stakeholders ensuring all customer queries are resolved within defined timelines
  • Employee shall be responsible for closing all types of queries pertaining to customers like Disbursal, statement, foreclosure, loan application status etc received through various channels
  • Shall take lead in finding ways to automate things to reduce customer complaints /requests
  • Shall be required to interact with various lenders ensuring query resolution
  • Will be required to do welcome call & send welcome kit/ letter post first disbursal explaining customer all key features¬†

Selection Criteria

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking domain in a customer service role
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should have calling & Non-voice background
