Job Description

  • Respond to a high volume of customer calls and emails in accordance with pre-established company guidelines and procedures
  • Enter all relevant information regarding customer inquiries into the respective tracking system
  • Accuracy in resolving customers concern and taking regular follow up
  • Achieve the desired targets is Solved%, Adherence, Quality Metric
  • Achieve the Customer Sat target on a daily basis

Selection Criteria

  • 12th Pass
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Must possess strong written & Oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with customers of vast ages, as well as managing confrontational and escalated customer complaints in a controlled and courteous manner
