  • Minimum Educational Qualification - 10+2 / Graduates
  • Excellent English Communication Skills with basic Hindi
  • Coordinating between the customers and Technical team and resolving the issues
  • Semi Voice Process(Call/eMail/Chat)
  • Hard worker and quick learner
  • Quick Adaptation to new ideas and methodology
  • Flexibility with Rotational and Day Shifts (No Night shifts)
  • Must be flexible to work timings (Day shift only)
  • A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Knowledge of Computer
