Key Responsibilities:

·       Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries ,concerns and requests about products & services

·       Accurately process the call transaction using computer and designated software.

·       Follow quality assurance procedures with an eye on customer delight and sales success.

·       Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and business

·       Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution

·       Maintain knowledge of all existing and upcoming products of the company.

 

Selection Criteria

Requirements:

-   Good communication skills both English and Hindi

-  Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Care Executive
