  • Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients or their attendants calling in from various cities in South India like Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.
  • He/she will then have to reply to those queries in a set format, book Doctor appointments on a portal, comfort the patient in case of emergency, transfer the call to other departments if required etc.

Selection Criteria

  • .Good Communication in English
  •  Should Know Excel (Basic)
  •  Educational Qualification: Graduate (Undergraduates can also be considered)
  •  Experience of 0.6-2 years in a BPO (preferred)
