Job Description

Fashion Consultant/Retails Sales Jobs in IGI Airport in Leading Retail Store - United Colors of Benetton

  • Assist customer at the store to select product of his/her choice by guiding and presenting options, thereby working towards achieving individual sales targets 
  • Ensuring all customers have a pleasant and delightful experience at Benetton. Should be able to up sell and cross sell
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising / Section display and replenish stock as per the Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Maintain good customer relationship by providing delightful experience to customer and satisfying their need
  • Have excellent grooming and hygiene standards at the store
  • Maintaining punctuality and being present on time at the store

Selection Criteria

  • A good Style quotient
  • High energy levels
  • Smart in dressing/very presentable
  • Have a good sense of fabric & colour and fashion know-how
  • Good interpersonal & Communication skills (should be able to engage with the customers)
  • High level of Customer Service orientation
  • Should have Retail experience
  • Should understand the basic KPIs (Key performance indicators) : Average bill value, average basket size, footfall, conversion, sell through, SSPD etc.
  • Passport is mandatory to work at the airport. The passport should not have been issued prior to 2011
  • Experience in the retail industry would be preffered
