Job Description

Job Summary - A Guest Relations Executive works with the Hotel Manager and is responsible for the overall guest experience and relations in his/her Flagship hotel. He/she ensures unmatched guest experience at hotels through efficient execution of on-premise operations such as Front Office and Room Service. As the face of the brand and hotel, he/she deals with the general public, customers, employees and government officials with tact and courtesy

Duties and Responsibilities - 

  • Helping and Assisting the Hotel Manager with all day tasks
  • Taking charge of the Hotel (for own shift) when the Hotel Manager is not around (including Morning Stand-Ups)
  • Handling Guest queries & complaints and providing assistance (including Check-In & Check-Out, when the Hotel Manager is unavailable)
  • Escorting Guests to their respective assigned rooms & taking care of their luggage
  • Taking initiative to create suitable & relevant Guest interactions and proactively taking care of Guest requests
  • Responsible for the Delivery & clearance of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner to the Guest rooms
  • Managing and checking Linen inventory in night shifts
  • Taking rounds of the Hotel periphery and guest floors for preventive security measures in night shifts
  •  Responsible for bed making and regular Housekeeping cleaning and dusting (in the rooms and public areas) in the absence of GSA/or at busy periods
  • Checking all the arrival ready rooms before guest arrival
  • Maintaining and Ordering the inventory of the various stocks according to the occupancy & future requirements

Selection Criteria

  • IHM / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality 
  • Minimum 6 months work experience with 5 Star Hotels like Oberoi , Taj , ITC , Leela , Hyatt , Hilton , Trident , Westin, JW Marriott, The Imperial, The Shangri-La OR Le Meridien, Four Points Sheraton, Pullman, Dusit, Lemon Tree Premier, Sarovar Premier,Crown Plaza, Holiday Inn, Ibis, Red Fox etc.
