Responsibilities and Duties
- Extensive Head hunting and targeting profiles for suitable openings
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
- Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates directly
- Sourcing and Recruitment through consultancies and placement firms
- Interviewing and processing candidates
- Informing candidates about the result of their interviews.
- Briefing candidate about responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Ensuring 100% adherence to compliance and company policies
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Analytical and Logical skills
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar profile or handling similar tasks is required
- Previous experience working in a digital or marketing agency is a bonus
- Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in HR
