v Understanding the requirement & job description as per hiring criteria.
v Handling all functions of recruitment from sourcing of candidates through in house database, job portals, and referrals.
v Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience.
v Interacting with candidates for scheduling of interviews & drives or lineup.
v Sourcing and screening the profiles.
v Taking care of end to end recruitment.
v Achieving set targets.
v Maintain candidates tracking sheet & MIS report for keeping better track with the management.
