Job Description

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in field sales or direct sales or corporate sales or inside sales or service sales in an IT services company is a must
  • Good understanding of the Technology landscape including web application development, mobility, cloud, Big Data, technology trends, Must be a go-getter
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage the entire marketing operations and developing team to promote sales and to meet the specific requirements of clients and thus to handle pre and post sales operation
  • Follow up on Hot/Warm leads, Cold Call prospective leads & Build a Lead Pipeline Report weekly activity and Log all Lead related data in CRM Tool
  • Able to generate quality business leads from US, UK, Australia, and other countries for SEO/PPC/ SMO / Web- development/design domain
  • Generate IT Staffing sales ,leads and place IT professionals
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
  • Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition in IT Staffing
  • Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events
