Job Description

  • Business to business (B2B) calling and setting appointments
  • Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound and inbound processes
  • To call identified contact number of customers and introduce them to the solution offerings
  • Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation
  • Set up an appointment for meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ability to react quickly to what the person being called is saying
  • Creative use of resources to generate appointments and leads for the sales team
  • Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product
  • Researches and understands prospects before making the call
  • Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize output

Selection Criteria

  • Required Excellent Communication Skills with good spoken and written English
  • Must be from Hardware and Software sales back ground and industry experience in selling IT products and solutions: Data centre services, Storage, Servers, Cloud solutions, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure Services
  • A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Impeccable attention to details
  • Phone-based selling / lead gen / collection / retentions experience with proven track record of success
