Job Description

  • Preparing sales pitches and pitching to CXO level audience in corporates.
  • Doing a thorough mapping of potential clients and effectively prioritizing them and then charting the sales strategy/approach.
  • Building strong interpersonal relationships with key client decision-makers (middle/senior management).
  • Making effective sales presentations based on the identified needs of the prospects and handling negotiations effectively.
  • Manage complex sales situations in acquiring new clients and up-sell / cross-sell to existing ones.

Selection Criteria

  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Should be high on energy and get noticed when you speak in a crowd.
  • Can discuss, comment (and argue ) on any topic under the sun.
  • Should have a relevant post graduate degree.
  • Should be sound business acumen and are persistent in spotting the right leads, following up and converting them to successful clients.
  • Should have built and maintained relationships with key clients, which have delivered significant impact in your current / previous firms.
  • Should have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches.
  • Should be able to coordinate with teams - both internal and external, and deliver successful outcomes.
