· Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications/skills
· Seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position
· Determines applicant qualifications by analyzing responses
· Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and comparing applicant qualifications with Job descrition.
· Telephonic interviewing/screen applicants on consistent set of qualifications/skill to filter out the braodly matched candidates.
· Building relationships with job seekers & employer (if req.)
· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and other job sites.
· Ensure management of interviews by coordinating between candiadtes and employer
· Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
· Meeting targets for Revenue & profile sold

Wokring Time:- 6 days, day shift
Exp:- 2-4 years in recruitment.
Education:- Graduates & post Graduates. (MBA will be prefrered)
