Job Description

  • Generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Responsibility of maximizing the performance & keeping the values of the organisation intact
  • Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client
  • Regular follow-ups with the prospect clients
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service
  • Take initiatives & think out of the box to achieve targets

Selection Criteria

  • Required qualification B.COM+2 years experience required in concept selling(Field sales) or MBA Freshers (Marketing and Sales)  
  • Presentation skill,research & strategic analysis skill
  • Strong track record of B2B sales
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement.
  • Knowldege of Microsoft PPT / Excel & Word
  • Experience in Travel,Insurance,concept selling,councelling in education are preferred
  • Earning potential is upto 50k/Month.Quatery Bonus is 60 K(6 conversions required in a quarter) -1st conversion in the first month and 2 conversions required in following months and addition to this there is an Annual bounus of INR 1,60,000- Achievement in every quarter is must to get INR 120,000 as an anuual bonus
