Job Description

  • Appointing and Handling Distributors and Retailers in assigned Territory
  • Revenue generation from distributors, Travel agents in assigned territory
  • Building and maintaining relationship with new and existing distributors and travel agents
  • Managing promotions and representing the company at trade exhibitions, events etc.
  • Maintain high distributor's account plans that meets company standards
  • Handle daily transactions from Distributors and retailers
  • Competitor analysis
  • Ensure distributor compliance with agreements

Selection Criteria

  • Should have a bachelor degree in any stream
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should posses a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales with good track record
  • Candidates having experience from Travel Sales, Money Transfer business are preferable
  • Fluency in local language, Hindi and English language
