- Responsible for generating loan proposals from Used Cars dealerships.
- Responsible to build dealer relationships thereby delivering high service standards.
- Expected to cross sell Insurance products along with Loans.
- Responsible to ensure Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) compliance and Portfolio quality.
- Expected to empanel good quality leading channels of the market and recruit Canvasser/SO and further guide & mentor them to reduce discrepancies.
- Performance bonus and incentives as per company policy
- Min. Educational Qualification should be Graduation in any stream, MBA/PGDM will be preferred.
- Age should not be more than 27 years
- Must have at least 1 year Used car loan sales experience, if not used cars then new cars/ commercial vehicles/ two wheelers sales experience may also be considered.
- Person should currently be in direct payroll of any Leading bank or NBFC and not from a DSA or any associated agency
- Person should have DSA management experience, channel sales experience and dealer knowledge of local market
