Job Description

  • Identify opportunities and pursue sales in Real Estate and Retail Customers for following solutions:
  •          FTTH (Fibre to the Home)
  •          Building Management System (BMS),
  •          Energy Management,
  •          Home Automation Solutions
  • Work with the engineering team to understand company specific products and solutions
  • Mould technical solutions into compelling value proposition for the clients
  • Liaise with clients and understand factors that lead to customer value creation
  • Generate leads across the specified industry domains
  • Independently drive business deals across multiple clients
  • Forecast and set Sales and Revenue targets across product lines
  • Create plans and drive sales team to achieve the set targets
  • Report variances with the plan and take preventive and corrective actions
  • People management of direct reports

Selection Criteria

  • Prior experience in B2B Business Development
  • Experience in sales forecasting, planning and monitoring of sales/revenue/margin targets
  • Experience in analysis of sales funnel, channel design, promotion design
  • Experience in pricing decisions
  • Adept at tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good people management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handling Real Estate customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
