Job Description

  • Client Generation : Using individual and personal resources to acquire new customers.
  • Lead Conversion: Converting leads generated by our marketing and sales development team into full-time customers.
  • Continuous Client Interaction with Management Level.
  • Executives : Telephone conversations and in-person meetings with CEOs, CFOs and HR Managers of potential clients. Interactions will include performing demos of the Quikchex product, negotiating commercial terms and finalizing terms of the contract, and consulting with them on product and HR issues.
  • On-boarding and Implementation : Working closely with Quikchex's Implementation, Operations and Technology teams to ensure that the client is on-boarded in a quick and seamless manner.
  • New Growth Opportunities : Working with the CEO and COO to identify and implement new growth initiatives.

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Outstanding English communication skills.
  • Excellent and clear English written skills.
  • An enthusiasm and ability for building strong relationships and rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivation and energy with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Innately detail oriented and strong CRM (Customer Relationship Management) discipline.
  • Bonus if experience in selling software. Double bonus if experience in selling HR software.
