Job Description

Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and WhatsApp

Understanding client requirements and arranging client visits for closure

Interacting and communicating with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences

Develop understanding of the rental market in NCR and educating clients on the same

Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies

Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer

Increasing the customer satisfaction in terms of services they are using

Selection Criteria

Graduation/MBA

1-4 yrs. experience in Tele-sales, inside sales & outbound sales

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tech Savvy

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with success

Goal oriented personality

Energetic & aggressive

Ambitious to achieve results in life
