Job Description

  • Responsible for marketing, sales, business development and branding.
  • Conceptualizing marketing strategies for building consumer preference and driving volumes.
  • Framing & implementing targets and objectives and ensuring adherence to them.
  • Should Steer a team & make them responsible for identifying and developing client’s network for achieving profitability and targets of the Organization.
  • Training sales team for effective marketing and ensuring quality deliverable in the market.
  • Monitoring competency grids and identifying training needs for skill up gradation of the employees.
  • Guiding sales team for achieving the set targets & incentives within pre defined time.
  • Speak and interface with small business owners for the purpose of evangelizing  CormSquare and deriving feedback for product, marketing and business development.
  • Perform the market intelligence, data analytics and insights. 
  • Promotional and customer communication initiatives.
  • Explore multiple channels including Online, social media, email, telephone and direct.

Selection Criteria

  • MBA or other related discipline is required; or equivalent combination of education with Computer Science Background in UG.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Flexible for field work.
