Job Description

  •  Complete Client account management, which includes understanding the client’s requirement, Query and complaint resolution
  •  Should be able to maintain lowest possible response time to external and internal clients
  •  Data keeping and report sharing with all the stake holders
  •  Market analysis to keep abreast of market changes and updates 
  •  Will be required to coordinate with various internal departments at corporate office, like accounts, operations, customer service  to ensure smooth functioning of various client related processes
  •  To ensure a good profitability on each event, and to coordinate with the finance team on invoicing, etc.
  •  Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports for submission to the senior managemen
  •  Responsible for Cross sell & Up sell by regular interaction with clients

Selection Criteria

  •  Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  •  Team Handling experience is required
  •  Can create more business opportunity
