- Proven track record of existing relationships with Customers / Companies (preferably US and Europe)
- Ability to generate relevant leads using Comprehensive Market Research, Networking
- Generate leads and qualify opportunities
- Confident to make cold call (50+ call daily) to prospective clients and manage the sales cycle
- Confident to meet customer and discuss sales
- Preferable having at least 1.5+year of software services market experience, including cold calling, qualifying and following-up
- Must be confident in making presentations
- Go Getter Attitude
- Must be passionate about sales career
- Ability to meet targets, and desire to exceed, sales goals and call metrics
- Excellent communication skills and self organized
- Experience with Consultative selling and proactive customer service
- Proven track record of results from previous company with 6 months to 4 yrs of sales experience.
- FRESHERS with excellent communications skills considered.
- MBA preferable
- Team-player, Aggressive, Open & honest
- Any Fresher's with requisite sales skill will be considered.
- Comfortable with PC and should be able to work with MS Office.
- Required to work in night shifts (During USA working hours)
