Co ordinate with Team Leader, team members, On call Supervisor and agents.
Should know how to Identify manpower including performer and non performer
Ability to make a non performer to a performer
One should also control attrition on floor.
Excellent Communication skills in English

Ability to handle pressure at work
Graduate with good communication in English
Should have exposure in BPO outbound
Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday.
