1-3 years of work experience in International Voice process (Sales/Verifier/Quality)
? Should have exposure to audit the sales calls of agents
? Maintain quality as per the standard
? Should be good in MIS and data uploading
? Auditing the agent's Call and sharing the feedback to the respective team members
? Verifying and closing calls
? Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
? Recommend process improvements.
? Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Duties
require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 25
wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of office experience.
