1. The role would entail manning the front desk and maintaining all admin related tasks of the office.
2. Ensure all documents and records are filed and updated regularly. All employee related documents and statutory requirements (soft and hard copies) to be maintained and updated regularly.
3. Ensure new hire and exit processes are executed seemlessly
4. Respond to all calls and visitors/ vendors in a timely and appropriate manner
5. Effectively assist in driving employee engagement activities.
6. Recruitment assistance - sharing the requirements/ JD with placement consultants and carrying out the initial screening. Conducting telephonic interview for shortlisted candidates. Coordinating with the managers concerned and assist in the remaining recruitment process.(at a later stage)
7. Insurance, PF, (at a later stage)
8. Bank salary account opening coordination etc
9. Stock Management (at a later stage)
10. Courier management.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

4. Computer literacy
5. Attention to detail
