While your work experience is substantial, it is important for you to keep yourself updated with the latest trends and practices in your field. For instance, there is now a much greater demand for 3D graphic designers. You may want to consider taking a few relevant courses and updating your skills.
The second thing for you to do is to streamline your job search process. Make sure you are making use of portals that match your skills to the right job.
Thirdly, you should consider putting together a showreel of your work (showcasing your select works over the last 12 years), in case you haven’t already done that.
It is also a good idea to brush up your interview skills by preparing some answers to interview questions pertaining to the role you’re applying for, as well as to some commonly asked interview questions.
As a word of caution and advice, we’d recommend that you don’t reveal on a public forum the details of your current employer, such as the name of the company you’re working with. It may cause an unnecessary hindrance in your job search process.
